Folding rolling shutter door installation instructions
The custom-made rolling shutter door manufacturer briefly introduces the installation instructions for folding rolling shutter doors. The installation steps are as follows:
First, push the folding rolling shutter door into the door hole as a whole, determine the front and rear positions, fold the door leaf in the middle of the door frame, and screw a few support screws next to the door frame to fix the upper wall and side wall of the door frame. Second, align the impact drill bit with the corresponding holes on the upper, middle, and lower sides of the left and right door frames to drill holes with a diameter of 5 mm and a depth of about 10 mm into the inner wall of the door opening. Then loosen the supporting screws and take the folding rolling shutter door out of the door opening as a whole. Third, align the 7mm diameter impact drill bit with the 5mm diameter wall hole inside the door opening, expand the 7mm diameter hole to a depth of about 40mm, and then drive the six rubber sleeves into each of the above holes. Fourth, push the folding rolling shutter door into the door hole as a whole again, find the center of the rubber bushing hole, and use a screwdriver to screw the self-modifying screws into the above-mentioned rubber bushing holes to tighten the door frame. Fifth, open the door leaf of the folding rolling shutter door in the middle of the door frame, use the screws to tighten the screws of the hanging wheel slot above the rolling shutter door, insert the clamping plate at the shaft below the rolling shutter door, and tighten the screws.
